Victor Lauer

Vic has been instrumental in the firm’s successful practice and loyal client base since joining the Firm in 1988 after gaining his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma. He became a Principal of the Firm in 1998. His extensive experience with collaborative design teams on governmental and private sector projects has been invaluable to the Firm’s projects and development of staff.
Lisa Carpenter
Architect | LEED AP
A 2005 Bachelor of Architecture graduate of the University of Kansas, Lisa joined the Firm in 2014 and is now an associate in the firm. Her experience and technical skills have significantly benefitted the projects she has been involved in. Her proficiency in 3D Modeling with Revit has brought a new dimension to the practice. Lisa's experience includes healthcare, educational, and retail projects.
Chris Chillino
Architect
Strong experience in construction and millwork after graduating from Mesa State College has made Chris a valuable asset since joining the firm in 2006. His focus on creating construction documents has been enhanced with his skills in project estimating.
Carol Therrien
Office Manager
Carol has been a valuable addition to the team since joining the firm in 2007.
